NOTIFICATION OF REVISED DOCUMENTATION

EPBC 2018/8278 Development of Lot 9018 Martingale Road and Lot 377 Clinker Drive, Dunsborough, WA

Dunsborough Joint Venture Pty Ltd proposes expanding the existing residential development of Naturaliste Heights, located within Lot 9020 (previously 9019) Martingale Drive (EPBC 2018/8278), Dunsborough, approximately 20 km west of Busselton in the southwest of Western Australia.

 

The proposed action was determined a Controlled Action under the EPBC Act. The controlling provisions of Part 3 of the EPBC Act are ‘listed threatened species and communities’ (sections 18 and 18A). Specifically, it was identified at referral that the proposed action may impact on the following protected matters:

 

  • Western Ringtail Possum (Pseudocheirus occidentalis);

  • Baudin’s Cockatoo (Calyptorhynchus baudinii);

  • Carnaby’s Cockatoo (Calyptorhynchus latirostris); and

  • Forest Red‐tailed Black Cockatoo (Calyptorhynchus banksii naso)

 

Following the advertising of the Preliminary Documentation in accordance with section 95A(3) of the EPBC Act, the Proponent has revised the published documentation where relevant based on comments received from the public.

 

In accordance with section 95B(4), the revised Preliminary Documentation and associated materials will be on display for viewing for 20 business days between 23rd March 2026 until 5pm 20th April 2026 at the following locations:

 

  • Dunsborough Library, 21 Dunsborough Lakes Dr, Dunsborough WA 6281.

  • State Library of Western Australia 25 Francis St, Perth WA 6000.
